Comments: He was encouraged by Hilla Rebay who gave him a job as a night watchman at the Museum of Non-Objective Painting. In 1940 he met Mondrian and began painting in a similar style of geomteric abstractionism in three primary colors. After WWII, he became an architect but continued to paint.
