Comments: After moving to San Diego from NYC in the 1880s he was commissioned to decorate the Hotel Del Coronado. He then settled in San Francisco, where he shared a studio and ran a fresco and interior decorating business with Eduardo Tojetti (see entry). In St. Louis he decorated the home of Adolphus Busch.
