Comments: As a student he painted for the Lyric Opera in Chicago, and then in London, England for the Opera House at Covent Garden. He painted in Spain for nine summers, and became friends with Joaquin Sorolla, who greatly influenced his work. Position: scenic artist, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Twentieth Century-Fox Studios, Los Angeles, for over 30 years.
