harmony. Baladins are another way to illustrate one of his favorite themes that is exile. We find in the foreground a wheel and this man with the hat ready for the trip. Many titles of works illustrate this theme including "the circus of wandering", "the rivers of exile", "the honey of exile", "the fruits of exile" ... We find the wheel on several works reproduced pages 29 to 33, page 54, page 102 ("on the shores of delirium" 1988) of the work of G. de Cortanze.
